Realizing that, with doing weights and calisthenics, building muscle will not result in much loss on the scale. With that in mind, I decided to measure my waist, hips and thighs and go off of that, and also how my clothes are feeling.
Today was arms/chest day, with a 30 min stationary bike ride to warm up.
So current measurements:
Waist: 27.5"
Hips: 36.5"
R & L thighs measured the same at: 21"
(I should add that I am 5'0", 108/109)
I'll take them again and see next week. :)

Day 1 of getting back ON my routine. :(
Didn't meet the RDI however I'm more okay with that than going over.
Today's target area was glutes/legs:
Bike 30min
Air squats 20, 2 sets
Goblet squats (20#) 5, 3 sets
Leg raises, with 7 lb band, 15(each let), 3 sets
Calf raises 10, 3 sets
Jump squats 10, 3 sets
Hamstring curl 10, 3 sets
Donkey kicks 15, 3 sets
