Blood glucose was 113 this morning, need to eat so it goes down below 100.

Feeling spacy right now - it's been nearly 7 hours since our breakfast.

slept good after taking the Trazodone 50 mg, an herbal and an Aleve pm. I guess they all work together well. But I may ask the doc if I can increase the Trazodone to 75 or 100, so I don't have to take anything else. I will do this later on, to use up the herbal sleep help I have. I also use lavender essential oil and usually play something like sweeping pink noise.

Eating lunch late again, and I'm home, we are anxious waiting to go to find out the answer - so we will go after we eat to learn if we can afford to stay here or if we really, really have to move.

Had a vegetarian lunch

Been doing on-line service and support work with groups with which we identify. DID and Fibro.

My RDI is based on 1600 calories. So before I go to bed, I can have about 700 more. It's 6:40 pm so I should eat a supper If I eat now, it may make it that my bg is ok in the morning.

BG is 92
I feel less spacey and I didn't know I was shaky until I ate. Carb is over 90 g though.
BG is 108 now. I can have 43 more calories if I want. Body still feels hungry - but may be residual anxiety. We've already done some breathing exercises.

I don't know what happened to my earlier post.
Blood glucose in am was 97 tonight I forgot again and took it after eating the after supper snack - 113. So not too bad, but I'm to keep it below 100 all the time - I'm trying to learn about normal fluctuations throughout the day. Especially what's normal for me and how different foods affect me.
I'm doing 1600 Kcal a day now and trying to keep the carbs low.
That has gotten the blood glucose lower.
Took evening and pm meds together - forgot to take them with meal. I need to set up an easier way for me to do this -

I rode with a friend to look for apartments to see if I can get into something I can afford better than here - the cost has gone up.
I was told that there would be a special price for me because if I lease here again. I will know more tomorrow afternoon if I can get a senior discount in addition to the special rate.
I would also like them to put in a ramp for me - pulling the groceries up 3 steps is getting to me now - and there is a bit of a walk from the parking lot where I have to walk in from the street.
I hope I can find out how to get a ceiling fan in the living area to help with temperature control.

8 hours of sleep last night - weird, silly disturbing dreams.
I found out yesterday that my apartment complex management (new) doesn't allow senior discounts.
So I will be moving by the end of September, I decided to stay in Irving, TX and move to CO later on. I've just begun therapy and restarted my NA program with my sponsor and it feels better to continue taking care of this while I'm here and move when I've worked on stuff enough. I've posted in my church group, told my NA sponsor and my kids so I will have help to do this - cause it is too hard alone anymore.
You know the feeling? My body is 69, but inside I don't feel that way?

NA, since it's about addiction, helps me with the sugar and other white foods cravings. Of course, the step work helps me with thoughts, behaviors, feelings.
Blood glucose is 109 this morning - so that feels like a win.

It's 5:44 pm. I'm back from church. Blood glucose is 94. Skipped lunch because I was nauseous and threw up before church. Possible that I took the meds too long after breakfast, but one of the meds at least causes GI problems. So my last meal was 9:30 am, 8 hours ago. Yeah, I'm hungry, but a bit leery of eating. Taking meds now.

Went to bed after taking Trazodone and an herbal - couldn't sleep - probably because I didn't do enough movement. Got up at 12 am and tool an Aleve pm.

Little sleep last night - pillows kept getting warm. Woke up about 3 and got up for the day at 5:30. So 5 hours of sleep.
Got more info on LC mod protein high fat food plan from Heal Clinic.
Blood sugar 141. Don't know why for sure - had sugar-free ice cream last night with Aspartame so that might be a factor.
Took Melaleuca Vitality Omega - 3 Lime Sorbet. 1080 mg EPA/DHA 6 gm carb 60 calories. so I have to remember that - can't find it in the foods will add it after I do some other stuff.
I did get a nice walk in in the morning. Going to bed early enough so I can get up early works for me.
I am trying to figure out what will be best - to remain where I live now and work with my current support teams or to go ahead and move to Colorado and get myself set up there. My daughter and her family are moving there but I didn't get what town they will be in. I just need to make sure the services, medical care and therapy for my DID will be covered like it is here.
I'm low on Kcal, but higher on the Carbs today. I ate some cherries and some chocolate chips and I think I had too large a serving.
Took pm meds and hs meds together tonight cause I forgot to take the ones with supper.
Trying to push through to finish laundry and make up my bed. I've been spending time learning about Colorado and bookmarking it so I can refer back. I've also been researching other apartments where I live to figure out the best place to aim myself.
