After starting a new job on Monday, I thought that I fared pretty well. Working nights now, so that messed with my eating pattern. I shifted my sleep no problem but now I have to move my appointments to afternoons, so I can go before work. Having a few aches and pains when getting home from work did cut into my exercise routine, but hopefully that will get back to what it was soon. I did have a Dr appt on Thurs and for the first time that I can remember, I was able to remove my shirt in front of the nurse without acute embarrassment due to my blobs of fat. I'm not where I want to be, and I'm sure it was no thrill for her either but I am on my way. I was a little surprised how tightly wound my weight loss and self image were, but probably shouldn't have been. It did feel good knowing that I look better now and that will only improve if I keep at it. I feel more in control of my life than ever before.

Weight loss is slowing down, but not having the same aches and pains after exercising. Need to find more time to get out and walk.

9 days straight with at least 40 minutes of exercise and walking 30-60 minutes every other day. Only 7 days without exercise this month.
