I'm still kind of hovering around this weight. This is my weight from this morning and I'm away from my scales tonight, both body and food, so I'm trying to be careful. Home again Sunday and back in the groove. I need to do more walking, and to extend my day another hour or two! Have a great weekend everyone!

I seem to be a bit up and down. I was a lower weight yesterday but I'm not going to let it get me down, and I'll continue to watch what I eat and get exercise. Have a great weekend everyone and stay with your own programs.

250 pounds was a big milestone for me. It's been a long time since that was my weight. Well, it coincided with my first paycheque from my new job, and we had to drive into the city to pick it up before going grocery shopping. That started with fried chicken for lunch and take home sushi (from our favourite Asian supermarket) with a craft beer for supper. I'm not a big drinker anymore and it was my first alcohol since New Year's, to make a long story shorter, I went a bit off the rails and have been bouncing up and down around the 250 mark for the week. I'm finally below my previous low and am determined to keep going. I'm going to really watch my distractions. I no longer want to be who I was.

While getting used to the new job, I've missed a couple days of exercise, but I'm still working out at least 5 days a week. I am more active at work now, and that's good, the pounds are still leaving. I've finally broken the 250 lbs barrier! First time in 25 years. Less than 10 pounds to my goal, soon it'll be time for a new goal.
