OK so today was a great success. I don't have any major urge to eat any bad foods, and I still have my yogurt + almonds to eat. When I get home, I don't know what I'll be snacking on at 8pm or so, but probably gonna be dill pickle and something else, nothing major.

Today I have a bean salad mix + chicken breast pieces to eat. Plus I have 2 bananas and 3 apples. The orange I brought this morning was MOLDY! Had to throw it out. It kind of rubbed off onto one of my apples so there goes an apple too. I also have a small Greek salad. Yogurts and puree were brought too. Should be interesting to see how today goes. I've got my eyes on the prize, losing 5 kg by Oct 31, 2009. Only the first of many mini-challenges for myself.
