Morning of Day 3 - Woke up today with a lot of energy. Perhaps its all the vitamins from the veggie/fruit juice? I'm flying through my desk work, so i can't complain. I had veggie juice for breakfast, which isn't waffles, bacon, and eggs, but it has kept me full so far. I'm drinking lipton green tea also, which seems to keep me from snacking too. I hope the rest of my day is like this. Most of my cravings seem to creep up on me as soon as I get home from work (after 6pm). I'm going to attempt to not snack after 8pm. With a strong will, I won't! My goal is to shed 2 pounds a week, so I have to stay motivated!!

Current weight: 220..c'mon 218!

Evening of day 3 - Feeling great about tonight's workout. I think the veggie/fruit juice gave me a serious energy boost. I worked out for two hours (as oppse to my 45min to an hour routine). I was a bit hungry after the workout, so I grabbed an all-fruit jamba juice. (Hope its actually all fruit and not some high-sugar fruit juice!) I let my will be stronger than my eyes, and grabbed a salad for dinner. I hope all this sacrifice pays off. I know the cravings aren't going to get easier when I go on vacation next week. I have to stay on track!
