im having a hard time sticking to this diet- my mom cooks really good mexican food- and i can't stay away from it- after i eat it i feel really guilty though- please help!

So im starting sonoma diet tomorrow, i was on the fast detox diet, but it was not what i thought- my best friend is on sonoma and she's loosing like crazy! im very excited and hope i can make it!

ok, so i went WAY off the diet and just started on my old habits again. i'm restarting tomorrow and i will be on fatsecret everyday- i get really inspired when im on here, thanks for your support! the good news is that i only gained 1 pound so thats good i guess. anyway- i was thinking of combining the sonoma diet with the juice fasting is that a good plan?
