Well well well.........I LOST 1/2 a lb. since yesterday:)) YAY!!

Well I haven't lost much more weight. I don't get it!!!! I was losing a lb. a day then BAM nothing. I'm going to stick with the introduction part of the diet a little longer. (it's been a mon. so far) I'm hoping that I'll wake up soon and be a couple lbs lighter:)))) Any tips or advice are welcome. Anyone else had this happen???

YAY!!!I'M doing very well on atkins this time. I've been on the diet a mon.now and I've lost 13 lbs. I know that it doesn't sound like much but I'm really happy that I've lasted this long. I plan to keep up the good work and I know in time the weight will fall off:) I'm realllyy excited that I made it past all the cravings and I'm happy to say that I no longer crave anything I shouldn't have on atkins (intro.)Well I'll keep it short and sweet but before I go I would like to thank everyone for there support and input.I really appreciate it from th ebottom of my heart:)))

I'm confused!!!!!!I've been on track and i've been following atkins int. very well but my ket. sticks aren't changing anymore and I haven't lost anymore weight:( I lost 11 Lbs. in about three weeks does anyone have any ideas for me???Could it be that I hit a plateau already?
