I'm confused!!!!!!I've been on track and i've been following atkins int. very well but my ket. sticks aren't changing anymore and I haven't lost anymore weight:( I lost 11 Lbs. in about three weeks does anyone have any ideas for me???Could it be that I hit a plateau already?

Maybe your body is just adjusting to the loss. Do you exercise? Drinking water? Give it a few days and see what happens.
