jus’ try throwing 1/2 yer meals in de garbage, B4 you put in your mouth,cause IF you sit dere long enough- it’ll end up in yer stomach then on yer hips !
GET IT OFF YOUR PLATTE!,
and turn it to garbage ( it’s. better there)

with my eatin 1/2 my meals it was slow goin at first, but look out know how cut way back on carbs ! sing “yea, dis is dah way !”
