I'm up almost 2lbs today from yesterday. Whats up with that? I'm thinking its just a fluke, so I'm not writing it down. I didn't screw up yesterday as far as I know. Its a little hard when I don't record my food. I'll try to remember everything that I ate and enter it now. Its just very discouraging! Usually I just don't lose, I almost never have a gain!
ETA: After going through all of the things that I ate yesterday, there's nothing that would cause such a big gain. I'm sticking with the fluke explanation. I was a smidge high on calories (being just over 1000... and that being high for my "plan")but I still wasnt very high for calories in general. I do remember feeling very hungry last night though, so most of my calories were at night. Maybe that has something to do with it? Oh well. If it doesn't go back down to a loss within a couple of days I'll worry, but for now I guess I'll try not to think about it too much.

Ok, I thought my ticker turned yellow, but it seems to have not stayed. I'm guessing it will go back in a couple of days when I lose a couple more pounds and hit my halfway goal (50lbs). Oh well.

Not sure what I'm doing right, but the weight is just falling off! REALLY need to take a progress picture since its been more than 15 pounds lost since the last one.
Yellow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just noticed that my weight loss tracker switched from Orange to Yellow today. YAY!!! I thought it would be at least another 5 pounds until that happened. I'm so close to being on the greater half of halfway through my "weight loss journey" which is pretty exciting. If I can think to myself that the biggest part of it is already done, and I'm more than halfway there, I think that will really help me out. I don't know what it is that I'm doing particularly right this last week, but its going REALLY well. I sure hope I can keep it up.
The only change that I've made in the past week is that I have tried some other low carb foods (non-medifast) and maybe they are helping? I was looking for some less expensive snack alternatives to the MF pretzels and things so I found some on netrition.com. So far I really like the Extend Crisps that I've found. They are like little mini rice cakes with a very mild flavor. There's a whole bunch in a bag, which is a single serving, and they fill me up pretty well. I think I'll have to find some more of them since I'm likely to run out of them today.

I'm absolutely not complaining, but I was intending to take pictures after every 10 pounds lost so I could compare a before/during/after weight loss pictures, and after 40 pounds down I didn't take the picture right away. Well, that was about a week ago and now I'm another 5 pounds down. I guess I thought it would just take a little longer to come off since I usually have several days where my weight doesn't change. Hopefully I can remember to get those pictures taken tonight!
