I'm slowly starting to get re-focus back on my diet again. I want to get back to that self control I had last summer, so I can lose another 30 pounds. It's been hard to say no to going out with co-workers and staying away from the snack machine. I'm putting October as the date I'm hoping to be down to 130 or less. Maybe reward myself with something special when I lose 15 and then 30. I'm feeling hopefully and confided that I can do this!!!!
