Cheat day!
I made it count with KFC and sausage rolls.
But I think this will keep me from cheating the rest of the week.
I'm going to try my hand at cooking this week, which is not something I usually do but the ready meals are so expensive.

Going to start Attack phase tomorrow.
This diet seems more workable for me because
in the end, you can go back to eating what you want for the most part.
Which is nice.

Day 5.
Still no movement on the weight up or down.
It's an old scale so I'm starting to think it's broken
since I'm not seeing any fluctuations at all.
Luckily, it's not discouraging me.

Still going strong on day 4 as far as eating goes.
I really wish I could quit drinking soda completely
but I'm too addicted to caffeine to do that.
I am keeping it to 2 a day though, so I guess that's something
considering I was getting through a 6 pack of Dr. Pepper Zero a day.

Finally really going for it. No more excuses!
