Ok, I think this is going to be a lot of fun, I found this site on accident looking up sodium amounts in various foods to prove to Gary he doesn't need to add salt to his food.
I am excited about starting this......I know from the past that I need to stop drinking Coke....I will lose a lot of bloat and water retension if I would get rid of the Cokes, but it is sooo hard....
Ok, a new journey is going to begin....pray, pray, pray!!!
