intense cramps shortly after waking, eating anyway. bloated, worse cramps after. went for short walk,v.3 times after 3 blocks. midafternoon headache.
didn't go to event but family came over afterwards and i ate a lot of snacky party food (cheese, crackers, salami, apples/caramel!) without any problem so far...headache still happening but no more v. and i kind of forgot about the headache when they were here. went to bed after they left, woke up with headache throughout night.

nothing to eat yet today, choking and almost vomiting already, pain level high.
acupuncture helped with pain, throat still feels tight, very tired. food tasted good.

feeling too tired and overwhelmed to keep track of foods. choking sensation starts after almost anytime cold liquid ingested. sometimes lasts for several hours, sometimes just a few hours. cramps after almost every meal or just stomach pain. severe cramps tonight for hours after 2 bowls of corn/zucchini soup with vegan sour cream and probiotic salsa. maybe the quantity was triggering?

Back again to record what I'm eating and to try to see if certain foods might be more triggering of GI issues. I don't feel that I even know how to eat anymore, but I want to trust my body and not make it the enemy. Today, cramps and discomfort shortly after eating 2 meals, and choking sensation after an iced drink.
