Best time for doing exercise, morning or night?
I prefer evening to exercise as it can be done with out time constraints able to exercise longer and with more intensity.

Evening workouts are the best time to work out for optimal weight loss if done on a consistent basis.

y can't you go for natural sugar substitutes.Few suggestions from my side that may help you..substitutes like honey,maple sugar,molasses,coconut sugar.

How Much Water Do You Drink?
I generally take 8-10 glasses of water a day..and i also include fruits like Lettuce,Watermelon,Grapefruit as they contain good amount of water.

Stick With It
Hello Everyone,

I am new to this community and am looking for support to 'stick with it'. I have 39 pounds to lose. I have lost weight before on the Ideal Protein diet but gained it
all back + 20lbs!

Anyone has tips or hints that help me stick with it on a daily basis please pass them along. I need to make a life change and it's always challenging.
