I've been sick. I've had surgery. This week back on the workout. I've decided to not worry about the diet. I'm going to focus on portion size and I'll still eat paleo as much as I can but I'm done holding off on the breads when I've not lost a single pound.

The last six weeks have been diet nuclear hell....I had the flu for three weeks and then had ankle surgery and was down another two weeks in addition to a round of steroids that immediately popped 15-20 pounds on.
today was my first spin class in over a month. Thought I might die. Not even stepping on the scale for another two weeks of solid exercise.

Working out like mad, eating reasonably not one pound lost and indeed a few gained. The muscle argument just pisses me off.
