I am proud of myself this week. I worked out at the gym at least 30 minutes every day! I will not be able to go tonight, but I will go in the morning & that will make 5 days. I have done pretty well all week, following my points, too. I am going to weigh in in a minute to see if I've lost any...

I went to the gym last night & worked out for 30 m's. I sooo wanted some chocolate when I got home, but I ate a caramel rice cake instead. If I can get past these late night snack attacks, I would do so much better. I would love to just go to bed early, BUT when you have two kids, you just can't! I'm weighing in tomorrow, because I forgot to do it this morning. Going back to the gym tonight, too!

Well, I gained 1 pound, but I don't feel like it. Could it be that I've been working out & gained a little muscle? I can tell my waist is slimming up a little. I am planning on completely sticking to the daily points next week & then eating out next weekend & giving myseld a little lead way.
