I am back to logging my food with no reguard to how "bad" i am doing. T speed the weight loss - I have to be mindful of the sugary carbs,etc. Not logging food is negative for me.

I am slipping!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Emotionaal eating going on. Daughter sick and could not go to gym-maybeI will walk. Husband and son turjey hunting. Alone for weekend.

Yesterday- i was tired and did things around house and stomach was a little upset so drank a real coke-always helps. If I would cut down on sweet tea-100 calories a day. I really like tea with dinner and lunch and I do not care for artificial sweetners in tea.I only gained 0.8 pound since vacation-I was glad of that.
