Breakfast on the porch. Ginger/lemon tea, tomatoes, green peppers, mushrooms, 2 eggs and NAAN bread make up my open face omlette this morning. Have a blessed Sunday.

Good morning wonderful people. My breakfast isn't traditional by any means, but, it works for me. Fresh collard green soup and fresh squash with cornbread and water. The soup is oh so spicy just the way I like it. Have a great day everyone.

Lunch/dinner, squash and collards fresh from the garden with noodles and a small slice of cornbread, washing it down with water. Everyone have an awesome day.

Dinner of traditional fried rice with a can of tuna in the center and water. Weigh in is Friday. Everyone have a great evening.

Morning all. I have been at a standstill in my weight loss journey for a couple of months now. Today begins the way I ate to lose the 54 pounds I initially lost. Vegetables and rice at every meal with eggs and fruit thrown in at times. Wish me luck!
