Body Pump at the gym tonight - totally exhausted. I don't think I'm eating enough. Starting to get light headed if I stand up too quicky (low blood pressure??) and eating doesn't seem to help. Hmm. Gonna have to experiment and see what's up.
Keeping carbs low. Though today I forgot and totally had a diet soda :( meh, at least it was the last one in the fridge :)
My salad at lunch at work was delicious! And I know my coworkers are wondering how I can eat such delicious food. They all eat their little lean cuisines. Those NEVER filled me up!

Hope it stays going down this time. Really strict eating starts in a few days.
I have noticed, though, that I can see my collar bones more clearly and I realized that there's more definition in my shoulders (can feel bones instead of fat)

This is how it always goes, isn't it. Great success followed by abysmal failure. I'm being 100% strict! WHY AM I NOT LOSING WEIGHT

Busting at the seams. I still have a horrible habit of cleaning my plate, no matter what. Even if I'm full, the plate has to be cleared.
Damnit pre-school teachers! They drilled the "happy plate" into my head. NOT COOL.
