started the crack the fat loss code diet today
FROM 11/27 TO 12/3 - I am in depletion mode = 20mg of net carbs. Eatign every 3 hours until 7pm and 15-20 minutes of insanity type cardio.
Breakfast: 7:30am - 4 slices of turkey bacon - kept me full until almost 10:30am - 1 stick of fresh mozzerella cheese stick with celery = 3 net carbs
12:30 - 3 slices smokes salmon with 2 mini cucumbers
3:45 - 1 slice smoked salom w/ celery sticks
7 - roasted chicken with cucumber salad
