Focusing on nutrition and fitness with my daughters to start the new year. Daughter #1 has the advantage of being at a good weight and just needing to exercise more. Daughter #2 is over her ideal weight but exercises a lot. I need to lose weight and get back to my fitness routine from a few years back. Sticking with mushy foods for now because of a dental issue -- not sure if that will make it harder or easier.
