I am heavier than I have ever been in my entire life. I work 16-18 hour days at a desk job. I get very little sleep or exercise. I eat lunch around 1pm ( usually chicken nuggets and chicken soup from Chic-fil-a) and Dinner when I get home (Whatever I can find easy, sometimes a bowl of cereal) which can be anywhere between 9pm and 4am. I like breakfast foods. Just not at breakfast time. Have to be awake for atleast 3 hours before I can eat anything. Coffee with french vanilla creamer only in the morning. Sweet tea the rest of the day. Not the ideal health and diet schedule as you can see. My 19 year old daughter just recently started packing my lunch which usually consist of either chicken salad or tuna salad, raw carrots, couliflower florets, cheese stick, yogurt, nuts, and an orange. More food than I am use to eating, but I find my self munching on this all day at work and not hungry when I get home. Found this sight and curious how this new eating habit will help. Looking forward to keeping track of everything and think it will help.:)
