Bang on 88 kilo.....just back from a week in Sydney. Everywhere we went we ate - and not healthy food. Things will be quieter and should be able to be more "controlled" now.
Will aim for 30 mins exercise per day and no rubbish.

Gained pretty much a kilo - but not surprised as didn't stick to it. Ate too many lollies - and went to Bowling Club for tea two nights in a row.
But will be serious about it this week!

Beginning today and aiming to be 20kg lighter by the end of the year. And fitter, mainly for health reasons ....although it would be great to fit into all the "small clothes" I have saved
