Howdy! And here I thought the first journal entry took - thank goodness it didn't :)

Well, doesn't matter because I went to the movies and YUP ate the popcorn anyway - after horridly finding out that a Harkins Large was 700+ calories.

Nice to find that others are going through this and it seems a good weigh, ha ha, to find motivation.

After the movies I went to the gym at work and tried to work out. It's raining here so I thought my usual 12 mile bike ride was out of the question. How can I be riding 12 miles a few times a week and gaining weight? I guess it's those 3 cinnamon buns I stuffed down last night while watching tv. The craving so bad I had to go out and get them. I hate this.

I tried to work out at work after the movie- brought my book for the cycling machine but the video globes for the security cams were creeping me out. Just who was the guard watching in the front lobby? I did my best.

I' m checking the weather here as I may be able to get in a real bike ride event though it's windy and cloudy. Too bad I have to do this by myself.
