I had a volleyball game and I did the full Jillian Michaels: Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism dvd

Had a volleyball game today. And I did little cardio things for about 10 minutes or so.
Yesterday, volleyball game got canceled but I did little strength workouts in my room.
Friday, I played basketball in gym.
And Thursday, I had volleyball practice and my coach makes us do little sets of workouts (example: 8 push ups for 8 balls on the court, 10 net jumps for 10 balls on the court, 3 lines crosses for 3 balls on the court)
Tomorrow, (hopefully) my workout dvds will come in.
