I'm in my early teens, let's put it that way. I started to gain weight in 2nd or 3rd grade from emotional eating and lack of exercise. My highest weight was 155 (more or less... i'm basing this off medical records) at the end of 6th grade or so. I started my "lifestyle change" around May of 2010.
I know I've come a long way but I'm still a bit chubby, my body fat % is still higher than it should be, and now I know how to do this healthily, happily, and keep it off.
