Trying to follow a Low Carb High Fat lifestyle. Diagnosed as a Pre type 2 diabetes so cutting carbs should do the trick for me. Also want to loose weight. I'm already down a good 10 lbs and feeling much better with much more energy.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I set mine to about 2 weeks to remind me. Anything less is a lot of variation that will just disappoint you. The less you weigh the better. You will see a definite change in measurements.

I recommend taking a picture of yourself, then go buy a tape measure. Give your scales to someone you don't like.
