Hey, I fell of the wagon with no gain! That's awesome. Usually for me, not dieting = weight gain.
I'm getting back on the wagon... Trying to find what equals sustainable weight loss for me. I bought some pretty clothes over the weekend... no pants, because I know when I lose, it's gonna be from the pants-region! :P
I need to be more active!!!!!! I've been such a couch potato!

Yaaay, the number is going down! Today is going to be one of those CRAZY busy days, but I know that I can at least get in a 30 Day Shred Lvl 1 workout. I may be able to squeeze in more than that. Things are going really well! I know I can keep this up.
