I'm definitely a self-beater-upper. I've been very all-or-nothing when it comes to losing weight.
@Matt55 - What do you do about nutrition? I've been converted to "clean eating", so junk food is just disgusting to me. It's been more about wellness than weight loss for that past two months... portion control is my problem.

Hey guys! I have a long and painful history of yo yo dieting.
I've started fresh again yesterday. Ditched all of my processed foods. Organized my exercise DVDs. Got an account here. But...
...I don't believe I can reach my goals.
I've been on so many diet and exercise kicks, and each time I gain back the weight and then some. I know what I need to do is adopt a healthy LIFESTYLE. I'm going to do my best to power through those slumps and become truly healthy. I really want to believe I can do it!
Is anybody else here jaded from dieting the WRONG way? How did you get over it?

Talk about grumpy! I've seen some pregnant ladies that can barely move towards the end. It's not a handicap, but it sure isn't easy!
