well my day started off pretty good, but slowly went down hill. This is always always what happens early on with my diet. BUT...I only went over by 500 caories AND I still entered everything I ate. Turns out it was a lot of little stuff that added up. I won't weight tomorrow becuase I know it wont be a loss and that will discourage me. I WILL start right back on the healthy track. It has felt really good for my pants not to be so tight that I am miserable.
I CAN DO THIS!!!

woo hoo made it through day 3 pretty well. I did have a cookie and 5 fries. Other than that I did great. I made kale crisps last night which I loved. I have noticed I need to increase my protein and decrease my car intake. Going to be watching that. Day 4 has begun. I'm ready. When I lose 10 lbs, which is 4 more pounds, I am going to reward myself with a pair of Carlos pewter sandles I've been wanting. They are a little pricey for sandles, but will be a wonderful reward.

ok, Day three. This is alwys the breaking point for me. Not sure why. More often than not after day 3 I fade back into my old habits. This morning I had special K with flax and strawberries. I told myself my body was eating up the healthy food like a fish eats his food. I have to keep thinking this. I am sure my body is loving it though.
