well my day started off pretty good, but slowly went down hill. This is always always what happens early on with my diet. BUT...I only went over by 500 caories AND I still entered everything I ate. Turns out it was a lot of little stuff that added up. I won't weight tomorrow becuase I know it wont be a loss and that will discourage me. I WILL start right back on the healthy track. It has felt really good for my pants not to be so tight that I am miserable.
I CAN DO THIS!!!
