i am a 24 year old trying to make a healthy life for herself. i work out when i can and i waitress. so yes i am always walking around. however, working at a mexican restaurant is the worst mistake. trying to diet at a place with that wonderful food and smell is really hard for me...so hard... so my mom and i have take up weight watchers and so far i've lost 10 pounds. i joined being 10 pounds less because i want to feel like im "starting" over to try to lose the last 30. i need all the support i can get so please add me as a buddy or you can find me on myspace (www.myspace/garblik) or facebook. but i would prefer to just try to stick it out on here. thanks everyone and good luck!

it was hard for me, but i did my no eating after 8. it was such a treat to eat breakfast this morning. it gave me the appreciation of tasting the food ...
