it was hard for me, but i did my no eating after 8. it was such a treat to eat breakfast this morning. it gave me the appreciation of tasting the food and just enjoying it instead of shoving it down my throat! lol just remember that "you dont live to eat, you eat to live"

be active today. try to clean up and when your done try to think positive about going out tonight. you did good last night with no eating past 8 pm. i know it was hard, but you did it! and it shows! keep up the good work, Di!
