Low Calorie Alcoholic Drinks?
Vodka is the absolute lowest calorie spirit you're gonna get. Gin is not as low, but is the next best thing. Drink it in martini form (with twists, not olives and NOT dirty - that olive brine is delicious but it is made with 50% sugar!). Or, have it on the rocks with some fresh lemon or lime. If you must mix it lest you will drink it too fast (lol) then go with carbonated water like Perrier if they have it. Vodka soda is OK too, but after a few of these you are really taking in a high dose of sodium. You could also consider bringing Fresca with you - it tastes DELICIOUS with gin!
