if anyone has any helpful hints on how to get me started on weight watchers i'd be eternally grateful!!! i need to know how the momentum program works, and what foods to eat... please???

well, i have made the decision to take better care of myself (and my family), but me first! a friend from work gave me some recipes from weight watchers and i thought i would try them, and guess what: i LOVE THEM!!! the recipes are super easy to follow and it's not that hard to shop for the fat-free version of something you already buy. there isn't one recipe yet that i do not like. imagine that.. anyways, yea for me for finding something that's interesting and a diet that i can imagine following for the rest of my life! now i need to get my butt in gear and start exercising more often... i guess one thing at a time, right?

well, i didn't do so good this weekend. too much going on led to massive overeating, which i hope to correct this week (hopefully). i quickly regained my heartburn and indigestion while i was eating the carbs. it always returns when i cheat...you'd think i'd know better, right? anyways, wish me luck. i'll need it!!!

have been really watching what i eat. it's getting easier to resist the bad stuff. now, i kinda know what i should eat instead of what i would've ate a couple weeks ago. they're very different! i'm very proud of myself for giving me another chance on atkins. i will kick up my heels when i reach my GOAL!!!!
