I have restarted my journey to Health and Happeness. Using the BFL principle I will lose the additional weight that has been a burden to me since I had my knee and hip replacement.....I have lost over 22lbs since I started this challenge and need to lose another 30 by the end of September.John

After I had my Hip replacement 4 weeks ago, I had lost a few lb's, but now that I can get back to exercising I feel I will do even better. John

Having so many adversities over the past 2 years it has been really hard to stay with any type of diet or speacial exercise program. I will just have to do the best I can and exercise as my health allows me to. hulkone

I have been going through a lot of adversities since 2008. I just had my Hip replaced 3 weeks ago and prier to that found out I had bladder problems which became very serious. hulkone

This has been a tough one for me the doctor uped my medication and it has given me fits. I know that I can lose what I gained but, it will take time.
