I'm 61 years old and manage a wholesale house. I started la weight loss to see if they could help me with my nutrition problems associated with my medical problem. I have ulcerated colitas which started with a bacteria I got while eating at a restaurant in New Orleans. I have tried every diet in the world and only found one to work only because it's not a diet its a life style. I started the Body-for-Life program in July 2009 and was able to lose 79 lbs in 17 weeks. I went from 279 to 200 and felt great. That's when all my problems started. I have been fighting this problem ever since. With a little help I know that I can do it again. I've started the program again and will continue until I lose the weight I need. I got the nick name The Hulk from my friends who new that I worked out with Mr. Universe and Mr. Olympia Casey Viator. At the time I was 189 lbs and very muscular. It was easy to gain weight and then lose it. We called it Bulking Up. Then as I got older it became harder and harder to lose it. Over the years I have looked for better remedies that are natural. Pectin (sure-jell) has been used for a long time to relieve lower back pain . 1 teaspoon with juice in the morning and you will start feeling the relief. We all know that in the gym showers you can get all kinds of fungus. Try Vick's vapor rub for athletes foot and fungus under the toe nails. It want clear up in one day but, you will see the effects in a week and totally clear in a month or so.
also cyder vinger and honey for weight loss. 1 tsp of honey and 1 cup of cyder vinger in the morning. Mix and enjoy.

Burning fat
Tips For burning fat. Tip#1 have a cup of coffee in the morning.
Tip #2 supplement with BCAAS and carnitine before cardio #3 do cardio before breakfast #4 do intervals when doing cardio. #5 eat egg whites for breakfast #6 go slow , along with protein and healthy fats consume slow-burning carbs.#7 eat 1/2 grapefruit with breakfast. Mid morning: #8 eat oatmeal #9 have some cottage cheese, too. #10 drink lots of water Afternoon/workout: #11 supplement with green -tea extract. #12 warm up before you lift. #13 Train large muscle groups. #14 lift heavy at 6 reps. #15 keep your rest periods short. #16 extend your sets. Late after noon/postworkout: #17 load up on simple carbs postworkout. #18 drink a whey protein shake. #19 take creatine it increases metabolism. #20 eat a hand full of nuts. Lean Machine Drink
Early morning or pre-workout shake:
2 heaping tbls nonfat cottage cheese
20 grams chocolate protein mix
8 fresh mint leaves
1/2 packet plain gelatin
500 mg liquid l-carnitine
6 oz coffee
4 ice cubes
and a good dose of your choice of sweetener

carbohydrates
When should you use carbohydrates to it's best advantage. Take your carbs strategically, meaning before training and after training. That makes for maximum fat burning while providing needed energy.

nuts
Kicking in the nuts (peanuts that is)for cardio health and less body fat.
Consuming nuts and peanuts five times a week or more decreases the risk of cardio vascular disease 40 to 50 percent. Try 10 unsalted almonds five times a week and feel the difference.
