As a teacher I speant the last few weeks of school promising myself to begin eating better in the summer. During this summer I have mostly replaced soda and sweet tea with water, but still endulge in my favorite drink/dessert of all time, Chai Tea Latte. My goals are to give those up and track what I eat/exercise. I am worried about the tracking part, as I am not sure about measuring portions. But, this is better than nothing!
