So yesterday was a low day. Actually the whole weekend was bad. I had cake, pizza, and tim hortons and mcdonalds. I saw my bf on Sunday (yesterday) he asked if I had breakfast, I replied sorta if you count 3 timbits....this launched him into a 20 min lecture about healthy eating and the consequences of being obese. In all fairness to him, he did lose 200 pounds, and almost lost his feet to diabetes. But aside from this weekend I had been doing well. I wanted to cry, I felt terrible. I saw my family a week ago and I know they were dissappointed with my weight. On the drive home from my bf's house my sister called to discuss guess what...weight/healthy eating. Sigh, I had mcdonalds on the way home after talking to my sister. Some days I dont care, and yesterday was one of them...I wanted to scream at everyone especially my bf, but I know they are all trying to help me because they care about me. I see my doctor today, pretty sure she too will mention my weight....its been the story of my life. The one thing I cant get right.
