Life was busy this week, between school and canning, I'm really finding it difficult to get in the exercise time. 8 glasses of water wasn't as easy as I thought it would be either!

Well...this has been an interesting week! I went to my WW mtg on Tuesday...much to my surprise I lost 5.8 pounds...but I think they're scale weighed me heavier, than I am anyway the first time...as if I need any help in that area! None the less, it was a nice surprise! I think the weight I lost was primarily water weight...
I have tried a few new recipes again this week...some were very good, others...well I won't share those. LOL
onwards...and downwards...I guess! LOL

Well folks, life has been challenging! I decided enough is enough...I actually joined the weight watchers program again, instead of attempting to handle things at home on my own. Quite obviously, I need a little more accountability...No more excuses. I'm gonna need my buddies...don't be afraid to send me a comment! And please, keep me in check! That whole tracking thing gets to be a major drag, so if anyone has any suggestions that would be great!
