hi! i just recently turned 16 and i've been trying to loose weight for a year. in august of 2010, i was in the 250's, and now, a few weeks shy of it being a year since i began, im 197. i've lost more than 50 pounds and still struggling to loose more. the max i can be and be in the healthy range for my height is around 170-175. thats my goal, then maybe lower when i reach there. i joined the sight for support and hope to get inspiration for new activities and watnot to do for weight loss. i've been doing ATKINS this whole time, and i love it. I can eat most things, just skip the cake please! im trying every day to boost my weightloss because i find it harder to loose weight the closer to my goal i get, but im getting there!
