Yesterday I gave in to cravings. At work I got a butterfinger from the vending machine and ate it in the hallway so I wouldn't be judged by the people in the office! Later I went home and got Little Caesars. Eating way beyond what I needed/wanted. Today I hope I can do better.

11 days into the New Year and finally keeping an eye on my calories. Already today I have not made the best choices but I am keeping in mind what I must do to stop gaining weight! Salad for lunch when eating out was a great choice. Also saved some recipes for healthy dinners and keep leftovers for lunches.
Tonight I will have a salad and light pasta for dinner with some fruit to add some veggies and fruit!
Hoping for a lighter February!
