starting to actually feel the weight loss now. my pants keep falling down (which is a good sign ) and i feel i can move easier around my belly area. its really hard to believe im losing weight by eating what im eating. i have to admit , peanut butter has helped me wonders, it really stops me wanting to binge on chocolate ( which is a problem for me ).

Well what can i say.... my own diet is working. Its a mix up of low carb diet and calorie counting. seems to be working for me and im very happy with the progress so far.
i think on average im losing 2lb per week which is very good, as long as its fat and not muscle...

Im a bit worried im loosing too much weight too quickly.... im really shocked when i step onto the scale once a week. check out my new weigh in!

Bacon fried in olive oil is awesome. so are eggs. i hope this does not hinder my weight loss efforts.
