Day 9 - got on the scale up 2 but I historically always go up in the middle of the week then drop down - I have to stop getting on that darn scale every morning - not going to let it discourage me!!

Walked the 10K NS Cancer Walk Sunday - legs just a little sore today not bad - packed my gym bag this morning not sure if I'll go today after yesterday but will def go tomorrow - also made it through the week-end without drinking - got on the scale this morning and was down 4 lbs since I started Atkins last Monday - week two here I come!!!!

Weighted in at WW hadn't been since 5/28 finally hit the 20.6 lbs - took forever!! Started Atkins/Fatsecret on Monday down 3 lbs - will continue to go to WW to weight in (I have to face somebody!!) but will continue doing Atkins - deceiving I know but whatever works to get to my goal - I am a carb addict!!!!
