OK Doing better. Making it to the gym and eating cleaner foods. Trying to get more veggies in there and less crackers, sugar, chocolate, etc. Drinking lots of water too. So glad to see the scale under 140 again. Need to lose at least 5 more pounds. Would like to lose 7 more. The hardest part is sticking with it. Sometimes when I lose a bit, it is as if my mind goes, "Oh, great! You can eat again." No, brain. I can't. At least not like I was. Not if I want to feel good and fit into my favorite clothes. OK. Here we go. Can't wait to see what tomorrow will bring.

Did better yesterday. Lots of water and celery. A good work out. Have a ways to go. But, I'll get there.

I didn't want to put that number in, but it is the truth. Yikes!!! I simply can't eat crap and not gain weight. I am back on track. One day at a time. Work outs and clean eating are a must!!!!

I am so happy to see the scale stay in the 137 range for a change. I am not losing a ton right now, but it is slowly coming off. So glad. It is amazing what 3 or 4 pounds can do. I just feel better!!! And 3 pounds from now, will feel amazing. SO if slow is the way it is going to be then so be it! I want my body back! So this week, lots of water, exercise daily and lots of veggies and protein. Some fruit too. But-and here's the hard part..... no wine or dark chocolate till Wednesday. I haven't been totally restricting myself from that lately. But I am going to now.
Let's see what a difference that makes.
Here's to people who just keep trying!!! Never give up.
