I lost 64 lbs on WW 7 years ago, it does work. You just have to be in the right frame of mind and know that anything worth having requires some hard work. "It is hard to be fat, it is hard to lose weight, choose your HARD!"
I actually started the plan again almost 2 wks ago, I am only going to weigh in every other week which I can do since I'm a Lifetime Member. I started at 185 lbs., weighed myself this past Sunday and lost 2 lbs., so hopefully I will have lost another couple by my weigh-in this Fri.
I believe you will have success with the program if you are prepared, have the right foods on hand and have be prepared for out of the ordinary situations like parties, special events and don't give up! In my mind, you have to start sometime, the weight is not going to go away by itself! Good luck!
