My husband bought me a Jump sport trampoline, years ago. To use it when it’s too wet or snowing. I was in really bad health back then, it didn’t get used much.
I’m feeling better now, lol. Today, I got on it after my walk cause I was 100 steps short. I’m feeling so much better now. I want to thank everyone in this community for your continued dedication to being losers like me.

Today my walker and I walked 10106 steps. I’ve gotten braver since I got my walker. No excuses for not going for a walk. Lol

We’ll it’s official, September 29, I’m having full mouth extractions; 25 teeth. I want to be able to smile, spontaneously! My grandson is 4, and he’s been asking about my teeth. So there we go. I’ll be toothless for 6-8weeks, and added side effect is weight loss! Lol
