Good luck girl.
You can do it! Just take it week by week, and don't set outrageous goals for yourself, because you're just setting yourself up for failure.
I used to go to the meetings, and wasn't afraid about weighing myself in, but it's a waste of money, if you can do it by yourself.
WW has a points calculator that you can use on the go, and if you can find one, buy it. That way you can use it wherever you are.
And every little bit counts; skipping the iced coffee, taking the stairs, parking a ways out from your destination.
I've gotten into the habit of writing down the points for everything I eat, and putting it on a list, like a running tally.
Exercise as much as you can, even as little as half an hour a day. If you live somewhere where the weather is tolerable (ie, not super hot) then bike on the weekends, or in the evening!
